The client is at all times responsible for creating and maintaining backups of their own data and configurations.

When delivering Microsoft licenses (Microsoft 365, Azure, Dynamics 365 Business Central) and other third-party products or services, DigiOnline acts solely as an advisor and/or reseller. DigiOnline is not the manufacturer or owner of these products and is not liable for:
• Changes in license terms, prices, functionality or availability by the respective supplier.
• Disruptions, outages or security incidents in third-party platforms or services (including Microsoft Azure, Microsoft 365 and UniFi cloud).
• Damage resulting from the termination, modification or restriction of services by third parties.
Third-party products and services are exclusively subject to the license and warranty conditions of the respective supplier.
Limitation of liability
DigiOnline excludes, to the extent permitted by law, all liability for damage — of any nature whatsoever — arising from or related to the use of this website, the information presented on it, or the use of the services and products of DigiOnline.
This includes, but is not limited to:
• Direct and indirect damage
• Consequential damage and loss of profit
• Loss of data or business interruption
• Reputational damage

The liability of DigiOnline is at all times limited to what is stipulated in the General Terms and Conditions of DigiOnline.
